1. Terms and Conditions
Sätila of Sweden AB applies the Consumer Sales Act, and the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. In order to place an order, the customer must be of legal age, 18 years or older or have parental consent. Customer refers to a natural person.
Orders of Sätila of Sweden AB’s products can be made via www.sätila.com
All orders will receive written, e-mail confirmation. The order is considered binding by Sätila of Sweden AB only after the order confirmation has been received by the customer.
Sätila of Sweden AB reserves the right to refuse a customer purchase. All orders are considered binding. If you have you placed an order by mistake, please contact us immediately. If an item is not in stock we will contact you and make a backorder. When the backordered item becomes available, we will send it to you. If you do not wish to receive the backordered product, please contact Sätila of Sweden AB and cancel your order.
All prices displayed include Swedish VAT, currently 25 %, and are quoted in Swedish kronor. Sätila of Sweden AB reserves the right to apply VAT increases or other price changes that are beyond our control. Additional fees for shipping and possible freight or bill charges may also apply.
Invoice through Klarna – we will apply a fee of 29 SEK. Please see section further down for more information about Klarna business conditions.
Credit card payment
We accept payments by Visa and MasterCard. Credit card transactions will be handled through an encrypted connection to DIBS payment services.
5. Delivery time
We can normally deliver within 2-4 working days within Sweden. For shipments outside Sweden, longer delivery times apply depending on the delivery address. Exceptions to this may occur. In that case, we will contact the customer. Sätila of Sweden AB cannot be held liable to deliver out of stock or discontinued products. The shipping cost will always be displayed in the shopping cart.
6. Delivery delay
If a delivery is delayed for any reason, we will contact you. We will naturally make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. It is within your rights as a customer to cancel the purchase if there is an extensive delay in delivery. Situations may occur that make it impossible for us to fulfill an order, for example, if our suppliers cannot meet their obligations to us. Sätila of Sweden AB reserves the right to exclude the customer from compensation in such situations, or in the event of any delivery delay.
Shipping costs of 39.00 SEK. (incl . VAT) will be added to all orders. Different rates may apply to shipments outside Sweden.
Our aim is customers who are all 100 % satisfied with their purchases. If you have any problems with a product, please contact us. The receipt of payment is valid as a guarantee. Always save the receipt during the warranty period.
9. Returns, exchanges and refunds
Sätila of Sweden AB applies the Consumer Sales Act, and the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. This means that a customer is entitled to a 14-day return policy, without any special reason. The goods must be returned intact, in the same condition as they were received and in their original packaging (this means that a pack of socks, for example, must be unopened). Sätila of Sweden AB reserves the right to charge the customer if anything is missing from the shipment. A return shipping label is enclosed with each order. We are unable to accept goods returned COD. Please contact us before you return a product. As soon as we have received the goods, you will be refunded.
Sätila of Sweden AB applies the Consumer Sales Act, and the Swedish Distance Contracts Act when dealing with complaints. This means that we undertake to replace defective or damaged products, free of charge. Do not accept goods in packaging with visible defects that may have affected the condition of the item you ordered. In that case, please lodge a complaint with the post office or the courier responsible for the delivery directly when picking up your package and ask them to return the package to Sätila of Sweden AB. State the reason for returning the goods on the packaging. Please also send an email to email@example.com to inform about us about the complaint, clearly stating your order number in the e-mail or other correspondence.
11. Unclaimed packages
If, for some reason, you fail to collect your package, you will be liable to pay the cost of shipping and any freight charges. Please be aware that the time for collection has been reduced to 14 days! An extra fee of 95 SEK will be charged for unclaimed packages. The fee will be charged retrospectively. In the event of non-payment, the case will be forwarded to a debt collection service. No exceptions are made.
We will under no circumstances disclose any personal data without the consent of the person concerned. The same applies to e-mail addresses.
Sätila of Sweden AB cannot be held liable for any errors in the contents or price list on the website.
